J.D. Power and Associates Report Shows Japanese Contributions
Customers give high initial quality ratings to many vehicles produced in the U.S. by Japanese-affiliated automakers, as well as to those imported from Japan. The high quality of Japanese cars has raised the standard of quality expected by the American consumer.
